Provider directory

The SDI Provider directory is the canonical list of School Management Systems that implement the standard. It is the authoritative way to check a vendor’s claim: a Supports SDI or SDI Certified badge on a product’s own website is a marketing asset that anyone can copy, but a listing here is maintained by the steward and is the source of truth.

How to read this directory

There are two tiers, matching the two badges:

  • SDI Certified — the Provider has passed the conformance suite and the steward has independently verified it against §15.2. A certification claim is only valid if the Provider appears in the Certified list below.
  • Supports SDI — the Provider self-declares that it implements the standard. This is not independently verified by the steward; treat it as the vendor’s own statement.

SDI Certified Providers

Formal certification launches with the first stable release (1.0.0). You can implement SDI today and validate your build right now against the conformance harness in the Playground — and ship with the Supports SDI badge in the meantime. Certified Providers appear here, each linked to its conformance run.

Get listed

Listing is free and open to any product that implements SDI.

  • Supports SDI — email sdi@admissio.app with your product name, your discovery base URL, and the SDI version you target. Self-declared listings are added once we confirm your /.well-known/sdi-configuration resolves. Then display the Supports SDI badge.
  • SDI Certified — once certification opens, run the conformance suite in the Playground, then request certification from the steward. A certified Provider is moved into the Certified list above and may display the SDI Certified seal.
